The city of San José, Costa Rica, offers a wide variety of accommodation options, allowing CAEI 2025 delegates to choose from different categories and locations according to their preferences. Unlike previous editions where all participants stayed at a single hotel, this year’s event provides the opportunity for a more personalized experience across strategic areas of the city.
One group of selected hotels is located directly across from the Convention Center, within walking distance (depending on October temperatures). Another group is situated closer to downtown San José, offering other conveniences while still providing relatively easy access to the Convention Center.
To support delegate mobility, the CAEI 2025 Organizing Committee will provide official transportation from the hotels listed on this page to the Convention Center. This service will run in the morning before the event begins and at the end of each day’s activities. Transportation will be available exclusively for the official hotels mentioned in this section.
